These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Milan Dufek Miniatures online store.

The Seller is established in the Czech Republic.
2. Products
Milan Dufek Miniatures offers physical resin models intended for miniature painters, collectors and hobbyists.
Product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, scale and included components are provided on the individual product pages.
Because the products are resin model kits, normal preparation before painting may be required.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in EUR.
The price shown on the product page does not include shipping unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is completed and depend on the delivery destination.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Orders and Conclusion of Contract
The Customer selects the product, shipping method and payment method and provides the information required to complete the order.
Before submitting the order, the Customer has the opportunity to review and correct the entered information.
By submitting the order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
After the order has been submitted, the Customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
The purchase contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to contact the Customer if clarification of the order is necessary.
5. Pre-orders
Products marked as Pre-order are offered before the relevant production batch is ready for dispatch.
The expected dispatch period will be stated on the relevant product page or otherwise communicated to the Customer before the purchase is completed.
By placing a pre-order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that delivery may take place later than for an item currently in stock.
If a significant delay occurs, the Seller will inform the Customer as soon as reasonably possible.
The statutory rights of consumers, including the right of withdrawal where applicable, are not affected by the fact that a product was purchased as a pre-order.
6. Payment
The following payment methods may be available:

7. Shipping
Orders are carefully packed and sent using tracked shipping.
Current standard shipping rates are:

European Union — €20

The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
The Seller is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the Customer or another person designated by the Customer, except where the Customer independently arranges a carrier not offered by the Seller.
8. Right of Withdrawal
A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day the goods are received, unless a statutory exception applies.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller clearly by email or another written form before the withdrawal period expires.
After notifying the Seller, the Customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal.
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Returned goods should be securely packed to prevent damage during transport.
The Customer may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and condition. The Customer may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
For resin model kits, cutting, sanding, gluing, assembling, priming, painting or otherwise modifying the model may result in a reduction of its value.
The Seller will refund the payments received from the Customer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered, in accordance with applicable law. The refund may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or the Customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where an applicable legal exception exists, including goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised for that Customer.
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods conform to the purchase contract and applicable consumer protection law.
If the goods arrive damaged, incomplete or defective, the Customer should contact the Seller as soon as possible and provide the order number together with photographs where appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the Customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction or a refund.
The statutory rights relating to defective goods are not limited by these Terms & Conditions.
Damage caused after delivery by improper handling, assembly, modification, storage or use of the product is not considered a defect for which the Seller is responsible.

Please include the order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may be requested where they are useful for assessing damage or a product defect.
The Seller will handle consumer complaints in accordance with applicable Czech and European Union law.
11. Alternative Dispute Resolution
If a consumer dispute arising from a purchase contract cannot be resolved directly between the Seller and the Customer, the consumer may request out-of-court dispute resolution through:

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority is the competent alternative dispute resolution entity for consumer disputes of this type.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and purchase contracts concluded through this website are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Where the Customer is a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive the Customer of any mandatory consumer protection provided by the law that would otherwise apply to them.
13. Final Provisions
The Seller may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
The version applicable to an order is the version in force at the time the order is placed.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
